Refund Policy

1. Application Fees
Application fees submitted for factoring or small business financing reviews are generally non-refundable, as they cover the immediate administrative cost of processing and underwriting your file.
2. Service Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a service (such as Business Planning or Tax Preparation) before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, refunds are issued strictly at the discretion of TGI Factoring management.
3. Escrow and Factoring Reserves
Reserve accounts held during the lifetime of a factoring agreement are not considered fees and will be released back to the client according to the terms of the Master Factoring Agreement, minus any outstanding chargebacks, fees, or advances.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request for an eligible service, please contact your dedicated account manager or email our billing department at billing@tgifactoring.com. Please include your company name, the service in question, and the reason for the request.
